Acquirer Settlement Paid Without Batch Reference Email Template
Use this page when an acquirer or card settlement has arrived, but there is no batch reference or payout ID that lets you reconcile it properly. This is not just a normal bank-reference issue. In processor environments, the batch identifier is often the only clean bridge between bank cash and transaction reporting. Your email should ask which settlement batch the transfer belongs to, whether a payout report exists for that batch, whether the identifier was omitted or sent separately, and how the processor expects the settlement to be traced. The outcome you want is to connect the bank receipt to the exact batch that generated it. It is commercially strong because the cash may already be in the account, but until the batch is identified the business still cannot confidently apply or audit the settlement.
